Prior to launching TL Portfolio in Brazil, Tina held leadership roles in world renown firms such as Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, and Sotheby’s International Realty, amongst others.
With a degree in counseling and coaching in the USA and body therapy in Brazil, Cynthia has a extensive background in administrative and human resource positions.
Having worked as director assistant at the Coca Cola Company and Euroconsult do Brasil, and as counselor director of human development at OW4Y Consulting, Cynthia has assisted executives through coaching and counseling on capacity building.
Born in São Paulo and raised abroad, Patricia has always been passionate about traveling and started her career in the luxury travel industry in 2004 interning in her family’s hotel while studying Business Administration in FAAP University. She has worked as a travel advisor at Teresa Perez Tours and later was a key figure in the creation of Travelweek São Paulo (now ILTM Latin America). In 2012, joined forces with Tina Lyra at the birth of TL Portfolio. As the company grew and became international, in 2015 Patricia became the global director of events and creates the most authentic experiences for TL Portfolio’s clients.

With a degree in Hospitality from the Centro Universitário SENAC, Ana brings eight-years of experience in travel sales and customer service.
Having worked at some of the top travel agencies in Brazil including B360 and Moinhotur, Ana was also Guest Relations at Walt Disney World in Orland where she specialized in exceeding guests expectations and fulfilling unique demands.

Graduated in tourism at PUC –SP, with a masters in marketing from the University of South Wales in Australia, Paula has always been passionate about travel. Having lived in the USA, Canadá and Australia, she also has always worked in the tourism industry. Her career has led her to Grand Hyatt São Paulo,Japan Airlines, Sheraton Sydney, and finally Teresa Perez Tours, where she was responsible for supplier relationship and portfolio management during seven years.
SALES – BRAZIL
Brought up in São Paulo with European background, Vivian graduated form FAAP University with a degree in Public Relations and an intrinsic desire to explore the world. She initiated her career in tourism working for Matueté as travel consultant, a renowned Virtuoso travel agency in São Paulo. After 3-years dealing with some of the most demanding clients, she took a sabbatical and se out to explore South East Asia, her 12-months epic journey through 13 countries.
SALES – MEXICO
Originally from Mexico City, Andrea has over 11 years of experience working in the high-end tourism and hospitality industry.
She began her career working for Hoteles Quinta Real, a luxury hotel group in Mexico. There, she spent numerous years in different positions ranging from sales to event planning, working directly with international celebrities as well as with multinational business groups.
Her passion for delivering top service led Andrea to her last role as the International Sales Manager for Jose Cuervo’s tourism division where she participated in growing and expanding the town of Tequila as a luxury and cultural destination.
SALES – SOUTH AMERICA (SPANISH SPEAKING COUNTRIES)
A graduate in Hotel Management from La Suisse in Buenos Aires, Julieta started her hotel career in 2007 as a front desk agent at the prestigious Four Seasons Buenos Aires. She then moved to Aspen as a food & beverage trainee at the award-winning Little Nell. Once back in Buenos Aires she joined the opening team of Algodon Mansión, Relais & Chateaux where she headed their sales efforts. In 2012 she returned to Four Seasons Buenos Aires as Sales Manager incharge of the USA, Latin America, China & Russia markets. She also enjoyed working at MasterCard, Hyatt Carmelo in Uruguay and consulting for independent hotels in Argentina.
SALES – NORTH AMERICA – AQUA EXPEDITIONS
Monika Weinsoft began her career in travel in 2003 and quickly earned distinction as an expert in the luxury cruise market. Recognized as one of the “30 best Travel Advisors under 30″ by Travel Agent Magazine in 2008, Monika began focusing her attention on the South Pacific through Tourism Australia’s team. After a move to Los Angeles, Monika joined Travoca and in 2015, shifted her industry expertise to representing International Expeditions, Quark Expeditions and Zegrahm.
A seasoned travel professional with more than a decade of sales experience in luxury hotels and cruise lines, Ana was the former Director of Sales for Trump Hotel & Tower Chicago, considered a landmark. Prior to that, she led as Director of Sales for SeaDream Yacht Club; overseeing leisure sales from coast to coast. Ana is recognized as a top performer, sales strategist and relationship builder that has consistently delivered and exceeded expectations. She is known for her creativity, vision and focus. Always active in her community, Ana values engagement in industry associations and believes they have been a key factor in accelerating her professional development and relationship building. She served on the Board of Directors of SITE Chicago and is currently a board member of SKAL Chicago.
Galit Schwarz has worked in luxury hospitality for the past 18 years earning top industry accolades and holding leadership roles within Sales, Marketing & Partnerships throughout her career. She has spent her time immersed within global markets with industry brand leaders Four Seasons, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Trump Hotels, Mustique Island & Nihi Sumba.
Most recently Galit has put her efforts into UR Social Club, an avenue for private label representation focused on aligning with brands and destinations that foster innovation and self-discovery.

With a post-graduate degree in Journalism from Cásper Libero and a degree in Communications from ESPM in São Paulo, Fernanda Settani brings 12 years of experience in the media arena. Upon completing her studies, Fernanda joined Wish Report, one of Brazil’s leading luxury & lifestyle publications as editor of special projects. When Forbes Magazine entered the Brazilian market, Fernanda was invited to join the benchmark publication as Lifestyle Editor.
