Prior to launching TL Portfolio in Brazil, Tina held leadership roles in world renown firms such as Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, and Sotheby’s International Realty, amongst others.

With a degree in counseling and coaching in the USA and body therapy in Brazil, Cynthia has a extensive background in administrative and human resource positions.
Having worked as director assistant at the Coca Cola Company and Euroconsult do Brasil, and as counselor director of human development at OW4Y Consulting, Cynthia has assisted executives through coaching and counseling on capacity building.

Born in São Paulo and raised abroad, Patricia has always been passionate about traveling and started her career in the luxury travel industry in 2004 interning in her family’s hotel while studying Business Administration in FAAP University. She has worked as a travel advisor at Teresa Perez Tours and later was a key figure in the creation of Travelweek São Paulo (now ILTM Latin America). In 2012, joined forces with Tina Lyra at the birth of TL Portfolio. As the company grew and became international, in 2015 Patricia became the global director of events and creates the most authentic experiences for TL Portfolio’s clients.
CHIEF OPERATION OFFICER
With a degree in Hospitality from the Centro Universitário SENAC, Ana brings eight-years of experience in travel sales and customer service.
Having worked at some of the top travel agencies in Brazil including B360 and Moinhotur, Ana was also Guest Relations at Walt Disney World in Orland where she specialized in exceeding guests expectations and fulfilling unique demands.
DIRECTOR OF SALES – BRAZIL
Graduated in tourism at PUC –SP, with a masters in marketing from the University of South Wales in Australia, Paula has always been passionate about travel. Having lived in the USA, Canadá and Australia, she also has always worked in the tourism industry. Her career has led her to Grand Hyatt São Paulo,Japan Airlines, Sheraton Sydney, and finally Teresa Perez Tours, where she was responsible for supplier relationship and portfolio management during seven years.
SALES MANAGER – BRAZIL
Rafaela graduated with a degree in Tourism from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo followed by a post-graduate degree in Business Administration from the Insper Institute. She began her career in the operations side of the hotel business, eventually working reception in large hotels in São Paulo. After briefly working at a travel agency, Rafaela returned to the hotel industry working in the commercial sector. She professionally developed in International Sales at both Marriott and Hilton. Her career began as a Sales Assistant, then Coordinator, and then Sales Manager. Rafaela worked hard to support the sales team while proactively working to leverage Brazilians abroad. Learning from different cultures and practicing conscious tourism that promotes empathy, unites people and causes minimal impact on the environment, are personal goals that she will continue to carry with her.

Having graduated in Marketing and 10 years of experience in the tourism industry, with a focus on the luxury niche, Jordana is an avid world explorer!
Jordana is inspired by the opportunity to learn and understand the ways in which people live, communicate, travel and experience life. She believes that understanding the world is a way to understand life itself. Jordana will continue to apply and share her desire to learn and explore in all of her endeavors!
SALES MANAGER – BRAZIL
Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Ana Luiza lived in Germany in 2008 and in England while she completed her studies in 2017. With a master’s degree in law from Queen Mary University of London, Ana Luiza specialized in intellectual property law and practiced in numerous prestigious offices over a period of 10-years. As an avid traveller and skier, she is well versed in Europe and North America and is always hungry to discover new and exotic destinations. In early 2023, Ana Luiza decided to follow her real passion and made the move into luxury travel joining TL Portfolio based in Rio de Janeiro.
SALES MANAGER – BRAZIL
Born in São Paulo, Mariana earned her Hospitality degree from SENAC, and her post-graduation degree in Sales from USP; two well respected institutions in Brazil. Keen to further enhance her skills, Mariana acquired specialized degrees in Leadership, Luxury Tourism, Customer Experience and Negotiation. Over the course of her career, she worked at firms such as STB Student Travel Bureau, Xtravel (a Virtuoso-agency), and enjoyed leadership roles during her tenure of almost 6-years at TEN Lifestyle Group. Over the years, she participated in numerous luxury travel shows including Virtuoso Travel Week, ATTA Summit, ILTM, WTM, Signature in Las Vegas, amongst others. Respected as a senior figure in travel, Mariana is known for her unique ability of developing strategic relationships, managing people, implementing processes and servicing ultra high net worth clients.

Started her career in luxury working in fashion for BCBGMAXAZRIA and lCamuto Group. She found her true passion in luxury travel when she started working at Helvetia Travel Group, one of the premier Traveller Made agencies in Mexico City. During her tenure as Marketing Manager, she headed operations, managed supplier relations as well as customer service. Being at the forefront of the agency for almost 4-years allowed Jessica to gain deep understanding of the needs of the Mexican luxury travellers while at the same time in-depth knowledge about the challenges and opportunities facing the luxury travel trade. Over the years she attended several international travel shows including ILTM (LATAM and Cannes), Pure and PLF, creating connections and frien

While studying Hospitality Management at Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City, Angela initiated her career in luxury travel in 2015 at Viajes Prestigio, a reputable travel agency based in Mexico City and a member of Serandipian Travel. During her 3-year tenure, Angela was the right hand to the owner, managing client and partner relations as well as the daily needs of the business. In 2019, she joined Hilton Group overseeing leisure sales for key properties in Los Cabos and Mexico City. Angela’s drive for excellence led her to seek further education gaining her a certification in Hotel Industry Analytics. Before joining TL Portfolio, Angela also worked for Cloudbeds, a software business for independent and boutique properties all over the world.

A graduate in Hotel Management from La Suisse in Buenos Aires, Julieta started her hotel career in 2007 as a front desk agent at the prestigious Four Seasons Buenos Aires. She then moved to Aspen as a food & beverage trainee at the award-winning Little Nell. Once back in Buenos Aires she joined the opening team of Algodon Mansión, Relais & Chateaux where she headed their sales efforts. In 2012 she returned to Four Seasons Buenos Aires as Sales Manager incharge of the USA, Latin America, China & Russia markets. She also enjoyed working at MasterCard, Hyatt Carmelo in Uruguay and consulting for independent hotels in Argentina.

Argentinian at heart, Natalia Aldacour- La Borie moved to Los Angeles over 20 years ago. During the past two decades, she has held senior sales roles at some of the leading luxury hotel brands including Park Hyatt, W Hotels, St Regis and Banyan Tree. As a passionate sales driver, cultivating relationships has been one of Natalia’s main strengths and focuses and in 2019 the Luxury Travel Advisory nominated her “Top Luxury Sales Executive Worldwide”; an honor bestowed on few. Sustainable travel is another personal and professional passion of hers which drives and motivates her daily.

A global luxury hospitality sales leader with over 15 years of experience, Guenevere has an extensive background working with renowned brands such as Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Melia Hotels International and the Shangri-La Group. Her expertise includes building long term strategic partnerships within the luxury consortia, tour operator and travel trade relationships to strengthen brand presence globally.
Her profound understanding of the global luxury travel and passion for innovation enables her to guide clients towards delivering incredible and memorable customer experiences. Guenevere has most recently led digital transformation solutions at Salesforce within the luxury and retail verticals.

A lifelong Chicagoan, Julie has over two decades of experience selling and promoting luxury hotels and resorts in the US market. Her extensive hospitality background includes senior sales management positions with global hotel brands including Velas Resorts, The Leading Hotels of the World, Ltd., Rocco Forte Hotels, Kempinski Hotels & Resorts and Concorde Hotels. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Purdue University and successfully completed two college internships at The Walt Disney Company. Julie is a passionate, dependable and detail-oriented team player who understands the importance of building and cultivating strong, long term relationships by earning her clients trust and exceeding their expectations.

Born and raised in Argentina, Diego Gutierrez moved to Los Angeles over 20 years ago. With a degree in Hospitality from the University of Buenos Aires, Diego’s brings years of experience in luxury sales and operation. Throughout his career, Diego worked for renowned brands such as Kempinski and Starwood in Buenos Aires and Marriott International and Starbucks in the USA. Prior to joining TL Portfolio, Diego was incharge of leisure sales for the West Hollywood EDITION Hotel in California. Diego is a dedicated and dependable team player who strongly believes in driving business by nurturing genuine personal and long-standing relationships.

SALES ASSISTANT – NORTH AMERICA
Originally from Brasilia, Rebecca lived in Vancouver, Canada in 2017 where she studied English and Hospitality Management at Greystone College while working in hotels, restaurants and as a tour guide. An enthusiast of West Coast Swing (the official dance of the state of California), Rebecca traveled around the USA competing in seven events while exploring the surroundings. An avid traveler and dancer, she never missed an opportunity to broaden her horizons while learning something new. Upon returning to Brazilia, she completed her bachelor’s degree in Tourism at the University of Brasilia and is currently undergoing a post graduate degree in Business Management.

With a post-graduate degree in Social Media and a degree in Multimedia Journalism from FACAMP, Patricia brings 11 years of experience in the media arena. Upon completing her studies, she joined CondéNast Brazil, as digital editor of GQ and Glamour magazine. In 2016, Patricia started her journey in the PR world from TL Portfolio

Graduated in Social Communication – Journalism at UMESP – SP – Methodist; With a specialization in International Journalism, Print and TV and an MBA in Marketing Management from FGV-Management, Renata has worked in various communication segments, such as in important newsrooms for portals, radios, TVs, news agencies and segmented magazines. Since 2007, he has been working as Public Relations for clients from different sectors, in particular Gastronomy, Lifestyle, Tourism and Hospitality (Accor Hotéis and Embratur) and Aviation (Azul Linhas Aéreas and Turkish Airlines). Now she brings all of her knowledge and experience to bolster TL Portfolio’s Public Relations team.

Born in Brazil and raised under brazilian and peruvian background, Samantha is a passionate person for traveling and working with tourism, where she consolidated her career. Graduated in Marketing and having worked for renowned tourism companies in Brazil, such as Teresa Perez and ILTM, she brings her experience and most importantly her drive to support TL Portfolio`s team to increase sales and awareness of our dear partners.
